Integrating WHMReseller with WHMCS allows you to efficiently manage and automate your web hosting business. This guide provides step-by-step instructions on configuring WHMReseller within the WHMCS platform, ensuring a seamless hosting experience for both you and your clients.

 

Prerequisites:

1. Access to WHMCS and WHMReseller accounts.

2. Installation and activation of the WHMReseller module in WHMCS.

 

Step 1: Log in to WHMCS Admin Area

Access your WHMCS admin area using your credentials.

 

Step 2: Navigate to Setup > Products/Services > Servers

In the WHMCS admin area, go to Setup, then Products/Services, and select Servers.

 

Step 3: Add New Server

Click on the "Add New Server" button to configure the WHMReseller server.

 

Step 4: Enter Server Details

Fill in the required server details:

- Name: Choose a name for your server (e.g., WHMReseller).

- Type: Select cPanel from the dropdown.

- IP Address: Enter the IP address of your WHM server.

- Access Hash: Input the access hash provided by WHM.

 

Step 5: Save Changes

After entering the details, click "Save Changes" to save the server configuration.

 

Step 6: Configure Product/Service

Navigate to Setup > Products/Services > Products/Services and create a new product or edit an existing one. Select the product category as “Shared Hosting”.

 

Step 7: Module Settings

In the product configuration, choose cPanel from the Module dropdown.

 

Step 8: Server Group

Assign the server group you created in Step 4 to the product. Also enter the package name that you have created in your WHMReseller settings in your WHM.

 

Step 9: Pricing

Configure pricing details for the product, ensuring that it aligns with your hosting plans.

 

Step 10: Save Product Configuration

Click on "Save Changes" to save the product configuration.

 

Step 11: Test the Integration

Perform a test order to ensure that WHMCS communicates effectively with WHMReseller. Confirm that accounts are created and managed as expected.
