In no event shall GoSSDHosting or its affiliates be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or performance of this information or service.

Refunds

  • VPS Servers, Dedicated Servers, Domain Names, SSL Certificates & Software Licenses are non-refundable.
  • Shared Hosting payments are refundable for unused months if canceled within 30 days.
  • Reseller Hosting payments are refundable within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Fraudulent accounts or those flagged for abuse will not be refunded.
  • No refunds for policy violations.
  • Eligible refunds will be issued within 7–12 working days.

Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted via the Client Area, not via Support Tickets. GoSSDHosting may terminate services within 7 days of the due date once canceled.

Late Fees

Invoices overdue for more than 2 days will incur a late fee/interest of up to 10% per month.

Pricing

GoSSDHosting reserves the right to change prices and plans without prior notice.

Migration

Free migration of up to 5 accounts per order is provided. Additional accounts are chargeable at $0.50 each. This fee is waived if the customer has root access to the previous server.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All matters related to your access or use of the GoSSDHosting website are governed by the laws of India and the United States of America.

Trademark Information

GoSSDHosting and the GoSSDHosting logo are trademarks of GoSSDHosting. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is prohibited.
