AzuraCast offers various playlist types to control how your music is played:
Playlist Types
- General Rotation: Default setting for normal music rotation.
- Scheduled Playlist: Plays at a specific time.
- Once-per-x-Songs/Minutes: Plays at set intervals.
- Jingle/Station ID: Short audio clips played between songs.
Creating a Playlist
- Go to Playlists in your station dashboard.
- Click Create Playlist and enter a name.
- Choose a playlist type based on how you want it to function.
- Adjust weighting to control the probability of the playlist being selected.
- Click Save and then Add Media to include tracks.
Activating Playlists
Make sure your playlist is enabled and the AutoDJ is running for scheduled playlists to function properly.
