Scheduling AutoDJ for 24/7 Streaming in Azuracast Print

AzuraCast’s AutoDJ ensures uninterrupted music playback when no live DJ is connected.

Activating AutoDJ

1. Ensure that your playlists are enabled and contain media files.
2. Navigate to AutoDJ Settings under your station’s profile.
3. Enable AutoDJ and configure settings such as:
   • Crossfade Duration – Smooth transitions between tracks.
   • Song Requests – Allow listeners to request songs from your media library.
4. Click Save Changes to activate AutoDJ.

AutoDJ Scheduling

For time-based playlist automation:

1. Set a Scheduled Playlist under Playlists.
2. Define Start and End Times for when the playlist should play.
3. AutoDJ will automatically mix scheduled content with your general rotation.
